Timetable
You will use a chat tool yourself, hear two people who use AI at work, and leave with one piece you made.
| Time | What we do |
|---|---|
| 4:00 | Arrive. What did you last use ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Grok for? |
| 4:15 | One idea, then the five lines: role, audience, context, length, and format. |
| 4:40 | You write a prompt for a real task and send it. |
| 5:05 | How a task keeps going: agentic AI, with Mission Control as the example. |
| 5:15 | Break. |
| 5:30 | Mujtaba, a software developer, on one task he used AI for this week. |
| 5:55 | You make one piece: studies, a job, or a business. |
| 6:35 | Break. |
| 6:50 | Hassan, a product manager, on one task he used AI for this week. |
| 7:15 | A few people show what they made. One minute each. |
| 7:45 | Close. You finish the line: I can now. |
| 8:00 | End. |
Before you come
- Bring a device. A phone is enough. A laptop is fine too.
- Log in tonight. Open ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Grok once, so you are not stuck at the door.
- Pick one real task you will actually use this week. School notes, a work draft, or a message for something you sell.
- Nothing to study. If you have already used a chat tool, you are ready.
The five lines you will use
Role comes first. “I am 14.” or “You are a tutor.” Then:
- Audience. Say who it is for.
- Context. Say what you want.
- Length. Say how long it should be.
- Format. Ask for two options.
- Yours. Check one fact yourself.
A sure-sounding answer can still be wrong. Do not type a full name, school, phone number, address, or a customer’s private details.
What you leave with
- One piece on your device: notes and questions, a draft for work, or a short message.
- A way to ask again: shorter, two options, and one fact you check yourself.
- A picture of the next step: a chat stops after one reply. An agent keeps working the task. You still decide.
