Terms of Service
Effective date: June 7, 2026 · Entity: TurboAnchor Solutions
Welcome to TurboAnchor. By accessing our website, subscribing to Mission Control, engaging Launch & Run or Operator support, or purchasing custom development services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Who we are and what we provide
TurboAnchor is an AI company launch partner. We provide:
- Mission Control — a business operating platform for running AI agent squads on dedicated infrastructure (not shared multi-tenant SaaS).
- Launch & Run — structured onboarding to design your org, workflows, and operating plan.
- Operator support — ongoing human assistance to tune workflows and keep your squad running (async-first: email, Slack, task comments).
- TurboAnchor Services — optional custom AI/ML, web, mobile, and related engineering when you need work beyond the standard platform path.
Hosting and infrastructure for Mission Control are included in platform plans. You retain ownership of your API keys (BYOK), your data, and the outputs your agents produce. TurboAnchor provisions and operates the instance; we are the operators, not the landlord.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate registration and billing information and keep it current. You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for all activity under your account. Free pilot access may require a demo and fit review at our discretion.
3. Plans, pricing, and payment
Current subscription tiers and features are described on our Pricing page. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor (Paddle). Prices may change with reasonable notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
Custom development and professional services are quoted separately under a statement of work or proposal. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices for services are due upon receipt.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use TurboAnchor services to:
- Violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
- Send spam, malware, or abusive automated traffic.
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems, other customers’ instances, or third-party APIs.
- Reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the platform except where explicitly permitted (e.g., approved white-label Team plans).
We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, non-payment, or risk to platform stability.
5. Intellectual property
Mission Control software, documentation, branding, and site content remain TurboAnchor’s property or that of our licensors. You retain ownership of your data, prompts, workflows, and agent outputs. Custom deliverables under a signed services agreement are governed by that agreement.
6. Third-party services
Mission Control integrates with third-party AI providers and tools using your credentials (BYOK). Your use of those providers is subject to their terms. TurboAnchor does not markup model inference; you pay providers directly through your keys.
7. Service availability
We target high availability for managed instances but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated when practical. Operator support targets are described on our pricing and product pages and are goals, not SLAs, unless covered by a separate enterprise agreement.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Services are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. AI outputs may be incorrect or incomplete; you are responsible for reviewing decisions made with agent assistance. TurboAnchor is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the fees you paid to TurboAnchor in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Termination
You may cancel subscriptions according to your billing portal or by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend accounts for breach, abuse, or legal requirement. Upon termination, access to your instance may be disabled after a reasonable export window unless otherwise required by law.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Privacy Policy
Effective date: June 7, 2026
TurboAnchor Solutions (“TurboAnchor,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
1. Information we collect
- Account and contact data — name, email, company, phone, billing address, and communications you send via forms, email, Slack, or support channels.
- Platform and instance data — configuration, agent definitions, tasks, logs, and operational metadata needed to run and support your Mission Control instance.
- Payment data — processed by Paddle; we receive transaction status and limited billing details, not full card numbers.
- Usage and technical data — IP address, browser type, pages visited, cookies, and diagnostic logs for security and product improvement.
- BYOK credentials — API keys and integration tokens you provide are stored to operate your instance; treat them as sensitive secrets under your control.
2. How we use information
- Provision, secure, and support Mission Control and related services.
- Deliver Launch & Run onboarding and Operator support.
- Process payments, invoices, and account administration.
- Send service announcements, security notices, and—with your consent—product updates.
- Detect abuse, enforce terms, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share data with:
- Infrastructure, payment, email, and analytics vendors who process data on our behalf under contract.
- AI and integration providers you connect via BYOK (under their policies).
- Authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
4. Data location and security
Data may be processed in the regions where we or our subprocessors operate. We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data, including access controls and encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
5. Retention
We retain account and instance data while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backup, billing, and legal compliance. You may request deletion subject to lawful retention requirements.
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, or to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
7. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site function, analytics, and preferences. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect site functionality.
8. Children
Our services are not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. Changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
Refund Policy
Effective date: June 7, 2026
We want you to succeed with Mission Control. This policy covers subscription refunds and custom services.
1. Free pilot
Free pilot access is granted after demo and fit review. There is no charge during an approved pilot period. If you do not continue, simply let us know — no refund is necessary because no payment was collected.
2. Mission Control subscriptions (Pro, Team)
- First-time subscribers: If Mission Control does not deploy or operate as described on our site and we cannot remediate within 14 days of your written notice, you may request a refund of your first paid month.
- Renewals: Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Fees for the current billing period are generally non-refundable once the period has started, but you may cancel future renewals at any time via the billing portal or by contacting us.
- Downgrades: Take effect at the next billing cycle unless otherwise agreed.
3. Launch & Run and Operator support
These programs are included in paid plans. If Operator support was materially unavailable for an extended period due to our fault, contact us — we may extend support or credit a portion of your subscription at our discretion.
4. Custom development (TurboAnchor Services)
Refunds for bespoke engineering work follow the signed statement of work. Deposits and milestone payments for work already delivered are non-refundable. Unused prepaid retainers may be refunded minus work completed and agreed pass-through costs.
5. How to request a refund
Email info@turboanchor.com within 30 days of the charge with your account email, plan, and reason. We review requests within 14 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible.
6. Non-refundable situations
- Third-party AI provider or API charges billed directly to your BYOK accounts.
- Services delivered per agreed specifications when dissatisfaction is due to changed requirements or preferences.
- Account suspension or termination for terms violations or abuse.
