We launch AI companies — starting with our own.
TurboAnchor is a 15-year-old operator that built Mission Control to solve its own coordination problem — then turned it into an AI company launch platform with Launch & Run guidance and Operator support for customers on dedicated infrastructure.
Mission Control wasn't meant to be a product.
TurboAnchor started in 2011 running e-commerce operations. Over the next decade we scaled into AI development, digital marketing, web and mobile apps, ERP implementation — building deep operational expertise along the way.
By early 2026, the complexity was killing us. Every new client added coordination debt. Every new project added status-update overhead. We were drowning in handoffs.
So we built Mission Control. Deployed a squad of AI agents — CEO, Engineering, Sales, Content, Research, Design, Ops — and started running our actual company through it. It worked. Within months, task routing became automatic. Status tracking became real-time. Our content production, sales outreach, and development management all shifted into AI coordination.
We consolidated every resource behind Mission Control. The platform that was supposed to be internal tooling became the entire company. That's what we'll show you in a demo — not slides, not mockups. Our actual dashboard running our actual company.
How we think about AI deployment.
BYOK by Design
Bring your own LLM keys. No usage markups. No vendor lock-in. You own the model relationship — OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek, or any provider you trust.
Reliability First
Production-grade dedicated infrastructure — not shared SaaS. Your company boots on its own instance with full data sovereignty in your chosen region.
Task-Driven AI
Agents aren't chatbots. They're task routers, coordinators, and executors. They delegate to each other. They track status. They deliver outcomes — not just replies.
Human-Agent Hybrid
AI handles coordination and execution. Humans handle strategy and judgment. The hybrid model scales infinitely — more agents, more output, same human headcount.
We killed four products to build one platform.
For years, TurboAnchor built client solutions — custom AI tools, marketing platforms, ERP systems. Each one was good. None of them scaled. When we looked at our own Mission Control dashboard — running our actual company — we realized we'd been building the wrong things.
We shut down four product lines. Consolidated every engineer, every designer, every operator behind one platform. The bet: if Mission Control could run our company, it could run anyone's. Today, that bet is paying off — and we're just getting started.
About TurboAnchor, answered.
What is TurboAnchor?
TurboAnchor is an AI company launch partner. We ship Mission Control — the business layer for running agent squads — on dedicated infrastructure, plus Launch & Run onboarding and ongoing Operator support. We help you design agents, workflows, and operations until your AI company is actually running — not just software installed on a server.
Is TurboAnchor just OpenClaw hosting?
No. Hosting is included, but the product is Mission Control (123 enhancements over stock OpenClaw), Launch & Run, and Operator support. We built Mission Control to run our own company first — then turned it into the platform we deploy for customers.
What does “AI company” mean here?
Either an AI-native business you’re launching, or an AI operating system for the company you already run — specialist agents, tasks, workflows, and human oversight on your own dedicated instance. You own your keys, data, and the result your squad produces.
