Welcome to TurboAnchor, a premier remote staffing agency specializing in workforce solutions. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

 

1. Services Provided

TurboAnchor offers remote staffing solutions, including AI/ML development, web development, mobile app development, digital marketing, UI/UX design, and Odoo ERP implementation.

 

2. Pricing and Payment

  • Basic Plan: $24.99/hr for 40 hours/month
  • Standard Plan: $21.99/hr for 80 hours/month
  • Premium Plan: $18.99/hr for 160 hours/month
  • Other Payments: Other payments are calculated based on the resources hired

Important: Payment is due upon invoice receipt. Late payments may result in service suspension.

 

3. Free Trial

TurboAnchor offers a 2-week free trial. At the end of the trial, if you choose to continue with our services, standard pricing will apply.

 

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of any changes in contact or account information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

 

5. Termination

TurboAnchor reserves the right to terminate accounts for breaches of these terms, illegal activity, or any other reason determined by TurboAnchor.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided by TurboAnchor, including but not limited to software, documents, and designs, remains the intellectual property of TurboAnchor or its licensors.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

TurboAnchor will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

 

8. Changes to Terms

TurboAnchor reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services following changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

REFUND POLICY

TurboAnchor offers a 2-week free trial. If you are not satisfied during this trial period, you may cancel without any charges.

 

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered under the following conditions:

    • If services were not rendered as agreed.
    • If the quality of service did not meet agreed standards.
    • If technical issues from our side prevented the completion of work.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, contact us within 30 days of the service date. Please include your account details and reason for the refund request. The evaluation and processing of refund requests may take up to 14 business days.

 

4. Non-Refundable Situations

    • Services rendered satisfactorily as per client specifications.
    • Dissatisfaction due to change in personal preferences.
    • Any additional costs not included in our original agreement.
